My goal is to finish my final tomorrow...Been plugging away at it all week.

Today for a study break I'm off to go on a hike with a friend and her new dog that she rescued from a shelter. I hope to post photos. :)

Had a fantastic weekend in Maine. One last winter weekend... There is still snow in the far reaches of wilderness. My brother went with us and we went snowmobiling.

Yesterday we had friends over for St. Patty's Day. Lots of black & tans and corned beef and cabbage.

I think I will take a break from Big Fresh for a while. It may have been a stomach bug but I was sooo sick last night. Whatever it is it seems to be gone now.

The windchill last night at our Maine house was 18 below!!

We were not plowed in at the bottom of the mountain, and there was not a lot of snow on the road. We were able to drive up. That mile walk would have been hell because we forgot the sled for our stuff.

This is the coolest thing!

So I installed the Amazon app. The interface is super user friendly. Then it asks me if I want to try a new service.

You take a photo of something and in a matter of seconds it matches products to that image.

Click: Maximus. It knows he is a Tabby Cat and suggests a 2009 Tabby Cat calendar.

This week has been an adventure flying in all this weather.

Right now I'm in the WI statehouse. It is so pretty here. :)

For my economics class (my second one with this professor that everyone hates) I was in the group (50%) that the professor decided not to grade the exam. So last weekend I spent 18 hours on the exam. Not to mention the $800 I spent on the class. If I don't get a B- in this class I don't graduate ontime. I am having lunch in the faculty cafe this ( Read more... )
